We provide general information about Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Program and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue practitioner certifications, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.
We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PA DOH), Office of Medical Marijuana.
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services — including evaluations and practitioner certification decisions — are provided solely by independent DOH-approved Pennsylvania practitioners who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party Pennsylvania-licensed MD or DO approved by PA DOH to participate in the Medical Marijuana Program. These practitioners are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any practitioner. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and YorkMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent practitioner you choose to book with.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a written certification, that PA DOH will approve your patient registry card application, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a practitioner will accept you as a patient. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent practitioner. Registry card approval decisions are made solely by PA DOH.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Pennsylvania residents with a qualifying serious medical condition on the PA DOH debilitating conditions list. You must hold a valid Pennsylvania driver's license or PA state-issued ID to complete your PA DOH patient registry application. Pennsylvania does not accept out-of-state medical marijuana cards or issue reciprocal patient registrations. Consult the PA DOH Medical Marijuana Patients page for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent practitioner's posted policy. YorkMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you do not receive a written certification following your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy. The PA DOH state government annual ID card fee of $50 — paid directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Health at padohmmp.custhelp.com — is non-refundable; refund eligibility for the PA DOH fee is governed entirely by PA DOH policy.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable commercial arbitration rules. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You waive the right to a jury trial.
Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief related to intellectual property or unauthorized access in court.
Jurisdiction and Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any actions arising out of, or relating to or in any way connected with your access and/or use of this Site shall be in Bexar County, Texas if in state court, and in the Western District of Texas in San Antonio, Texas if in federal court.
All matters relating to your access and use of this Site shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of Pennsylvania state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical marijuana costs. PA DOH notes explicitly that the practitioner consultation may not be covered by insurance and patients are responsible to pay out-of-pocket.
